The Smart Liquid Detergent Dispensing Station is a modular self-service unit that allows customers to refill their own containers with liquid detergent — selecting the product and quantity directly on a 21.5″ touchscreen, with software-controlled peristaltic dosing across 3 independent channels. Each channel connects to a dedicated barrel (up to 120L), enabling simultaneous availability of up to 3 detergent variants. Payment is handled through an integrated self-service POS terminal.

Designed for retailers, supermarkets, and sustainability-focused operators, the station features a 43″ advertising display for brand content, a lightbox for marketing materials, and a CCTV mount — combining a circular retail experience with a high-impact brand activation surface. A storage module handles both staff consumables and empty customer containers, keeping the retail area organised and operational.

From the moment the device goes live, it is remotely accessible: administrators can configure catalog and pricing through the Backoffice Web App, field teams manage replenishment and stock via the Ops Mobile App, and end-users interact through the on-device Kiosk UI or the End-User Mobile App. There is no separate software to deploy — the platform is already there.
